Soup - The Ultimate Comfort Food

Those of you who know me know I don't cook. It's not that I don't like to cook, I really don't mind it, but when you're cooking for 1 person there is really no need to delve into big fancy meals. So I usually keep it simple by opening the fridge and making something nutritious with the ingredients I have on hand. Lately I've been actually cooking Soup! I make a big batch and do a soup share with a friend so I'm not eating the same soup the whole week. I LOVE it!! I'm also finding that soup is pretty easy to make, is a great hot meal on cold days and can be very healthy. Click on link for a favorite recipe included in the Cleanse package. I puree it to make it a soup. Yuuummm
